Heritage University Help Center has been established for you!
 
The purpose of the Help Center is to provide first line troubleshooting and support services for staff, faculty and students on issues related to the use of computer hardware, software, internet, audio visual and other Heritage technology.

Walk-In Service and Support Hours

Phone support is available by dialing 509-865-8579 or from anywhere on campus dial HELP (4357)
 
Walk-In Support is available by visiting the Rick & Myra Gagnier Hall (1300)
 
Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
 
*Extended hours will be available the first 3 days of the Fall Semester. 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
*Extended hours will be available the first 3 days of the Spring Semester. 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM by appointment only.
