Work with the Registrar's office staff, students and visitors * Perform a variety of duties not limited to: making copies, retrieving information, mail, and data entry, filing and answering phones, use of Jotform and Jenzabar One software to organize and file electronic documents, assisting with commencement preparations.* Carry out instructions and provide directions to others that may include pulling files when requested, changing file labels, perform with high degree of accuracy and timeliness. * Use of computer * Expectation of maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. * Mail: pick up, deliver and sort mail. * Commitment to correct errors, participates in solutions, and receives feedback * Other duties as assigned.

Basic Office Skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Confidentiality & FERPA Compliance – Must handle student records confidentially and follow FERPA regulations. Communication & Customer Service – Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and faculty. Cafeteria Kitchen Assistant
Job Description:
Work with other staff to provide service to customers in a smooth and cooperative atmosphere. Customers include those who attended in the dining area, childcare meals provided, and catering for various events. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work study Custodian Assistant

The Custodian performs custodial duties in and around campus facilities; works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Business Office Work Study Assistant
The Business Office Work Study position is responsible for assisting in the areas of: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Receivables, Student information, Payroll, and Perkins Loan files. Individual will be required to perform accurate work and maintain confidential information with tact, discretion, and in compliance with FERPA regulations.
Filing numerically and alphabetically
Retrieving and delivering mail, sorting mail, statement mailings, and other mass mailings.
Covering the student account window
Knowledge of Excel and Word helpful for special projects
Copying, faxing, and scanning projects
This position can give experience in basic office skills to those students interested in Business.
Ability to work with confidential information using tact, discretion, and in compliance with FERPA regulations.
