Description

Students will continue to apply nursing knowledge in the clinical laboratory. The emphasis is on making clinical judgments in the clinical laboratory setting. Integration of clinical reasoning, with a focus on diagnosis and treatment of individual and family response to actual or potential problems in physiologic integrity across the continuum of health and illness. Students will be in the clinical laboratory between 120 and 240 hours during the semester to fulfill the clinical requirement.
