Description
Teacher candidates will extend understanding of Common Core State Standards in reading, writing, language, listening and speaking by creating an interdisciplinary unit of instruction that addresses a guiding question and incorporates appropriate use of digital literacy in the design. Candidates will create rubrics to evaluate student performance and corresponding differentiated instruction for students with special needs. Field experience required. Recommend elementary education majors take ED 324 and ED 354 before this class.
