Description
A continuation of basic management, education and leadership concepts applicable to all areas of the clinical lab includes laboratory standards, regulatory agencies and requirements, principles of lab research, quality assurance standards and applications and continuous improvement. Service learning projects and case studies are used for developing skills such as teaching, team buiilding, coaching and effective communication. Projects begun during the first term are concluded. Prerequisite: Acceptance into the MLS program and BIOL Clinical Lab Leadership I. Prerequsite(s): BIOL 440
