Description

Ethical implications of the acts of individuals and firms in the US and abroad; corporate responsibility and freedom, accounting and management methods, interaction with governments, officials and lobbyists, implications of law and regulations relating to Occupational Standards and Health Administration (OSHA), affirmative action and others, utilizing case studies. Prerequisite: BADM 341W. Offered Summer semesters.
