Description

This two-week field course explores the natural resources, cultural histories and current environmental management and social issues facing the native peoples that traditionally lived along the Columbia River or one of ots tributaries. The ecosystems and cultures of the High Desert regions of Oregon, and Washington will be investigated. This field portion of the course runs for two weeks prior to the beginning of the fall semester. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite(s): ENSC 101 or permission of the Department Chair.
