Description
Comprehensive study of climate science and the impacts of climate change. Topics include monitoring earth's climate system. planetary energy budget, thermal response in earth's climate system, global atmospheric circulation and regional climates, climate and air/sea interactions, natural and anthropogenic causes of climate change and climate change and public policy. In addition to on-line assignments, students are required to complete advanced topic reading assignments and a term paper (for Majors only)
