Heritage University has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to provide an emergency alert and notification system capable of delivering messages to your email addresses, as well as your land line and cell phone.

We have enrolled you in the program at no additional expense to you. We encourage you to login to the Rave Mobile Safety site to confirm your contact information and choose your notification preferences.  (Note that your cellular phone provider may charge a per-text message fee for the delivery of emergency notifications to your phone).

Click here to manage your account.

You may sign in using your current Heritage University network account.  You will then be prompted to complete the registration process.  Once logged in, you can manage your account (for example, you can opt-out of receiving text and/or voice alerts).
Browser compatability and MyHeritage Heritage University AdministratorShow MyInfo popup for Heritage University Administrator 11/8/2011 9:00:00 AM

The Department of Information Technology would like to remind our students, staff and faculty that the following browsers are currently supported for use with MyHeritage:

IE 6,7,8

Firefox 2.0020, 3.07, 3.5.x and 3.6.x

Safari 3.2.1

While we make every effort to ensure forward compatibility, there are times when it may not be possible. Recently, some users have been experiencing issues accessing handouts via MyHeritage. The issue has generally been related to a browser that is not currently supported. Some users may experience issues with handouts that prompt them to enter their username and password. You may click “cancel” in the security box and your handout will open as intended.

If you have any questions or continue to experience issues with MyHeritage, please contact the IT Help Center at 509-865-8579 or dial HELP (4357) while on campus.
