Description

This course will introduce Behavioral Health Aide knowledge and methods appropriate for working with Tribal and urban Indian communities and an overview of the CHAP/BHA/DHA programs. It will explain and demonstrate practices that have been effective in Behavioral Health with individuals, famlies, groups and communities in Indian Country. Students will be expected to participate in many experiental-base learning opportunities. Prerequiste(s): Admission to the BHA program.
