Customize portlet External Content

Choose a portlet section:

Address of the web page to be displayed in the Inline Frame in this portlet. This will always be displayed in Maximized view (when the portlet is the only one visible on the page), and optionally in Minimized view (when shown with other portlets on the page).
The address you enter must either be fully qualified (http://somedomain.com/somepage.htm) or relative to this web server (/somepage.htm).
You may insert into the address the following variables which will be replaced at display time:
  • @@HostID - ERP system ID
  • @@Username - JICS username (Guest when not logged in)
  • @@SessionID - ASP.NET_SessionId value
  • @@UserID - FWK_User.ID value
The height of the Inline Frame in pixels whenever it is displayed. If left blank, the height defined in the portlet template will be used (Default: 350).
When in Maxmized view (this is the only portlet on the page), use JavaScript to auto-size the inline frame to fill the available height of the browser.
If checked, the Web Address specified will be shown not only in Maxmized view, but also in Minimized view.
Text of the link shown when the Inline Frame is not shown in Minimized view that invites a user to go to Maximized view and see the Inline Frame. If left blank, the link text in the portlet template will be used (Default: Go to Full View)
Text to be displayed when in Minimized view explaining the purpose or content to be seen in the Inline Frame. Omitted if left empty.
When navigating to this portlet directly from another location to Maximized view, should a link be displayed immediately above the inline frame which points to the referring portal page? If the referring page is the same page or if Minimized view is displayed first, no link will be shown in Maxmized view.
When checked, the sidebar, page title, and portlet heading will be hidden in Maximized view. Context Managers will still see the page and portlet headings.
When in Maxmized view (this is the only portlet on the page), hide all portal navigation except the Breadcrumbs and an optional Back to Previous link.
When a non-Guest user without an ERP ID number in FWK_User.HostID accesses the page, this ID will be used in its place. This is intended for testing. If no ID number is placed here or if the value is not an integer, the @@HostID value will be replaced with a zero.
