Description
Topics will include formulating appropriate research questions, designing research studies, procedures to assess and improve the validity and reliability of psychological research, and the ethics of scientific inquiry. Students will also learn to locate, assess and critique research studies, particularly as it affects diverse populations. Particular emphasis will be placed on using psychological research to inform practice. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MMHC program
