Description
This course introduces and provides foundational education in core counseling skills from therapeutic listening and empathy building to client concern conceptualization, crisis management, and culturally competent care driven from a cultural humility and social justice paradigms. This course is experiential and aimed at helping counselors develop a foundation as strong, effective therapeutic agents for their clients.
