Description
Emphasis is on the role of the nurse in using technology as a tool to create a culture of quality and safety to prevent systems errors; application of national guidelines and models of safety and quality in nursing practice. Students will learn methods of data analysis and meaningful data use for continuous care improvement and for outcomes-based reimbursement. Prerequisite(s): MATH 221
