Description
Emphasis in this course is placed on the identification, quantization, and regulation of both living, pathogens, and non-living, viruses and prions, infectious agents. The principles of immunology, epidemiology, food technology, bio-engineering, and techniques developement are also discussed. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 220.
