We have repaired the Password Management System and it is now operational. Some users may need to re-enroll into the system to be able to reset your password. You must do this before your password expires. To re-enroll just use the Enroll button and enter your current credentials, you will then be prompted to pick security questions and answers.
If your password has already expired and the reset feature is not working for you, please contact the Help Center at 509-865-8579 for assistance resetting your password. Once it is reset you will be able to enroll into the system to use it in the future.
